About Nancy Kanter

Attorney Nancy Kanter earned her undergraduate degree at Arcadia University (then Beaver College) as a “Continuing Ed” student while raising her family and then went on to earn a Juris Doctor at Temple University School of Law. After clerking for a Philadelphia Common Pleas judge, she opened her own law practice and earned a Master Of Laws in Health Law from Widener University School Of Law. Ms. Kanter is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and Washington, D.C.

The main focus of Pine Street Legal is consumer protection law, specializing in litigating credit reporting problems and inaccuracies against credit reporting agencies and furnishers of credit information reported on credit reports. She also represents individual consumers facing abusive credit and loan practices, mortgage and debt issues and identity theft. She is accredited to represent Veterans in disability claims. Attorney Nancy Kanter offers her clients a personal one-on-one experience to work through, and overcome, challenging legal problems.

19 S. Pine Street is located in the historic district of Doylestown Borough in Doylestown, PA. Originally built for Samuel F. DuBois in 1863 as a studio for daguerreotype photography, it has been the home of Pine Street Legal since 2008.

Its unique imprint is recognized as a landmark in the community.
